The products arrived and we are satisfied with the products themselves.
The seller did not communicate that there were additional shipping fees and quoted that the shipment left before it actually had. The shipment took an additional month to arrive, and the tracking communication was non-existent.
The seller was pushy when it came to additional invoices for the shipper (as I mentioned, they did not talk about additional fees after we had already paid for shipping). We had an extra $4000 in shipping fees and customs on top of the $4000 that we had already paid for shipping.
I will not be using this company again, despite being satisfied with the product itself.
I would like to make a brief amendment to the statement above since the seller has responded to my review. While the seller did let me know that there would be a customs fee and an $80 fee, there were additional fees that they did not tell me about on top of many delays. Thank you.

hello Alex, as you see , i had quoated you the shipping cost was doing CIF , we had wrote it to you at the first time , as to Hawaii , except the express , there is only by sea doing CIF;also i had told you that you need to pick up at your port , and i also mentioned hat you need to pay for the customs, for the port surcharge only 80 dollars which i didn't mentioned ; as every importer all know that CIF : we export the goods to your port , then you need to pick up yourself , while pick up the goods produce the fees that need you to pay for it ;and you took the container few days and not returned back in time that gave rise to the expenditure it is not our fault ; i am sorry that gave you a bad experience of this purchasing ,wish you a wonderful day
